pint-sized picassos.

it was waaaaay too hot to play outside this weekend, unless of course a pool was involved. so, right before we pulled out the baby pool yet again (best $10 spent this summer), we decided to get our craft on. we laid out the drop cloth and then rolled out a super long piece of paper for the boys. we handed them each a few tubes of paint, some brushes, a roller and some sponges. and you guys, they totally made a masterpiece.

they planned …

and squeezed …

and brushed …

and then they toed. that’s right, they used their feet. you should have heard the shrieks and giggles.

stay tuned for a shot of the final product—they used so much paint that it’s actually still drying. wow! i love my little painters!
